Jazz on the Green returns on 2 May with the undisputed master of the vibraphone, the legendary Roger Beaujolais. A founder member of The Chevalier Brothers and former member of Fairground Attraction, Roger has performed all over the world and recorded as, among others, the Beajolais Band, Vibraphonic and the Roger Beaujolais Quintet. His live and recorded session work has taken in Robert Plant, Roni Size, Paul Weller, Kirsty MacColl, Graham Coxon, Neneh Cherry, Suggs, Arthur Brown, Edgar Broughton, Rumer, Duffy, Jocelyn Brown and many, many others. Seen tonight in a tigh trio format with Neil Burns on guitar and Kevin Sanders on bass, this promises to be an unforgettable night of magic from the king of vibes.
