The Arts Centre is the cultural heart of Crediton, offering a busy programme of art classes and events, including theatre, dance, film, talks and music.
Share in the Square is now finished until the spring. Thanks to all the performers who made it possible, as well as the Town team, Town Council and local businesses for their support. Look out for the return of Share in the Square in April.
See the evnts page for an exciting opportunity to own one of two sculptures by the well-known local artist Norman Yendell. Auction to be held by sealed bid.
We're open again!
The Arts Centre is once again open to the public. We have a few art classes running and Youth tehatre has restarted with two groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are anticipating more classes opening as we get further into the Autumn, and again after New Year. Live events will take a little longer to resume due to the restrictions necessary to observe safe social distancing.
We are doing everything we can to make sure all our activities are Covid-safe, and social distancing is observed at all times. We have laid on sanitiser, spray, masks and gloves for anyone who needs them, and have extra cleaning going on every day. We also have a signing-in sheet on a clipboard at the front desk which you should use when visiting the Arts Centre for any activity. If you do use the Arts Centre, please make sure you stay safe and keep others safe.
If you have been to the Arts Centre and then show symptoms, or suspect that you may be infected with Covid, please contact Jack on 01363 773260 or 07968 957414 so that we can trace your contacts.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Crediton Arts Centre.
Stay safe, and look after yourself and others.
